Here we are mentioning the only method by which I am able to correct the errors of AMP of a website.
In recent months, many visitors asked me to say how to correct AMP errors.
But I did not want to tell you about those methods that are easily available on the web but that do not work and that simply consume your time.
I know I arrived a little late, but here I am mentioning the true way in which I manage to correct the errors.
Before we start, let’s know something about AMP.
What is AMP?
AMP – Accelerate Mobile Page is an open source initiative with the aim of improving the web for everyone.
The AMP project allows the creation of websites and ads consistently fast, beautiful and high performance on all devices and distribution platforms.
In other words, the Accelerated Mobile Pages Project is an open source web publishing technology designed to improve the performance of mobile web content and ads.
You must use AMP on your website because it helps you improve your mobile views.
The AMP project is led by Google.
Then, you can use it without any fear.
How to fix AMP errors in the Google Search Console
Simply follow these simple steps to solve AMP errors.
Open a web browser. In this case, I’m using Google Chrome. So, I recommend you use Chrome.
Now open two tabs.
On the first tab, log in to your WordPress board.
And in the second tab open any of the publications of your website without this ‘/ amp /’.
Now, after opening the second tab, press Ctrl + Shift + J. After pressing these keys, a java script console section will open with some AMP errors.
If you do not see any errors, it means that your website does not have any AMP errors.
Now go to your WordPress board.
Go to Installed Plugins section under Plugins.
Now start disabling the one-for-one add-on that you recently installed and activated on your website.
After disabling an add-on, update the second tab where you have already opened an existing link to your blog post (section of the java script console).
If you continue to receive errors, try disabling another add-on and update the tab again.
Try this process over and over again until your problem is not solved.
Note: First try to disable the cache plugins.
Because in most cases due to the cache plug-ins, an AMP error occurs.
Now you can also check if the error was fixed or not using Google Search Console.
Verify errors when using Search Console.
- Simply log in to your search console account.
- click on the property from which you want to verify the errors.
- Now click on the search appearance.
- Next, click Accelerate pages for mobile devices.
- Here you can see all the errors.
- Simply scroll down and see how many errors your page has.
- After scrolling down, you will see the whole problem, the severity and the number of pages with problems.
- Click on any of these problems.
- Clicking on any of these problems will open a new window with the entire link of your website.
- And after clicking on the problem, a new pop-up window will open.
- Now click on the button on the test page.
- And look at the result
Let’s see the result of the website from which I fixed the errors of AMP.
And I think you’re surprised after seeing the results.
